INDIGENOUS HEALTH ADVICE
We implement engagement and awareness mindfulness self-awareness strategies to primary health care services, through awareness of cultural mindfulness protocols, to improve such as eating habits, and healthier decision-making.
What Yundi offer:
To assist the primary health care services in approach to engage the cultural mindfulness protocols towards healthy decision-making, such as eating habits and lifestyle daily decision-making.
We provide a learning strategy that is called a value pathway plan, essentially, to activate self-awareness to attract awareness and knowledge to practice active participation, with positive choice and decision-making for your health. This is through the awareness of discussions on pre and post-colonisation and cultural awareness strategies.
The mindfulness strategies process is developed to identify coping mechanisms to sustain durable learning abilities, following our three (3) principles.

What makes us unique
Engage self-awareness
One of the ways we provide self-awareness practice is by enabling participants to self-valuing. We aim to provide a value pathway plan to assist in understanding participants by viewing their values and by assisting in determining their decision-making.
Cultural mindfulness
We aim to interact with mindfulness thinking awareness with participants, of recognising First Nations characteristics of engagements. To expand awareness of lifestyle choices such as healthy eating and emotional attraction.
Learning strategies
Provide clinical participants with learning strategies that support self-awareness, and learning strategies known as a value pathway plan. Which includes assisting in identifying the advantages and disadvantages of decision-making based on lifestyle.
Cultural awareness
We aim to provide awareness and attention to pre and post-colonisation and the effects within society, in terms, of how our people were before and after, including engaging with our ancestorial way of thinking and decision-making.
